To enter an Event Request, please fill out the following form and provide the following responses in the Additional Information response.

  • Proposed Site
  • Is this a private event, ticketed event or free and open to the public?
  • Is this a multi-day event (including load-in and out)?
  • Will this event involve amplified sound or other elements that would impact the common spaces outside the event site?
  • Will there be any need for ferry services outside our standard ferry schedule?
  • Will alcohol be served?
